Who we are

fyvey is a free number puzzle game at fyvey.com, run by an independent developer. You can contact us at info@fyvey.com.

Your games and stats

Your statistics, streaks, settings and Daily results are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Chat with the AIs

Unit 5, Ember and Jade run entirely inside the game on your device. Anything you type in the five-word chat stays on your device and is not sent anywhere.

Sharing your score

When you tap Share, your device's own share options or clipboard are used. We do not see what you share or who you share it with.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. It tells us things like which pages are viewed, roughly which country visits come from, which site sent them, and the type of browser and device. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Emails

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we keep them only as long as needed for that.

Children

fyvey is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@fyvey.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
